What is beauty? How do we define it and how does beauty make us feel?

Probably not the best way to build your self esteem |
Well all of these questions were answered for me on one quiet afternoon, under the Capri sun. I'm not sure whether my feelings were amplified by the sunshine, the cool breeze that brushed against my face as I strolled through the beautifully architectured town or the ambiance of this amazing island filled with only the rich and successful.

A slide on your yacht!...seriously |
But what I saw on the 27th August was the most beautiful woman I had the pleasure of setting my eyes upon. She oozed confidence, walked with an air of aloofness yet seemed so welcoming. Jessica Rabbit would be proud.
Now of course beauty will fade and in the search of a partner the physical appearance is merely the tip of the iceberg or a pencil scratching of the big picture. The real beauty is of course, found on the inside, their kindness, their values, their motivations, aspirations, spirit and mindset. So I suppose, in that sense, we can all make ourselves more beautiful people as most of those things are within our control. Two of the main things which attracts me to someone is their sense of humour and the looks in their eyes that show me they are genuine. But in saying all of that, its' always nice to wake up next to a pretty picture.

Pretty important factor when choosing your partner and applies to both men and women . |
Turns out she was employed by a company to strut around town wearing branded clothes as a walking advertisement for a clothing line. It was a brilliant form of advertising and I couldn't wait to get into that shop in the search of more of the same. Only to find a not so attractive male version getting ready to do his rounds. Cool job. What features or traits do you think makes people attractive?

This picture doesn't do her any justice |
